JUDGING CRITERIA:

Top three (3) winners shall be chosen by the management according to the criteria below and will be announced on August 06, 2010 via www.izod.com.ph and www.facebook.com/izodphilippines.

Message: 40%

  • Did the photographer use creative techniques to make an interesting effect without compromising the content?
  • Is the image original?
  • Is the image powerful?

Innovation and Creativity: 30%

  • Does the photo follow the guidelines of the contest?
  • Does the photo transmit clear and identifiable Lifestyle, sports or hobbies?
  • Does the photo convey an “active” lifestyle?

Image Quality: 30%

  • Can you identify what is being depicted/portrayed?
  • Is the quality detrimental to the message of the photo?
  • Are there too many focal points, too many words, lines that make the photo confusing and difficult to understand?

Terms and Conditions

  1. Winners will be notified via Phone call, email, FACEBOOK Page, Picatoo website and registered mail.
  2. Upon claiming of prizes, winners must present the following:
    • Original copy of the photo entry and entry form
    • Two (2) valid ID’s with photo (e.g. passport, SSS ID, Driver’s License, Company ID)
  3. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notification, otherwise prizes will be
    forfeited in favor of Madison Retailer’s Inc/IZOD and Picatoo.com.
  4. Madison Retailer’s Inc/IZOD and Picatoo.com reserves the right to certify if the winning entry is
    eligible. Only winning entries with an official IZOD account in www.izod.com.ph will be honored
  5. Winners can claim their Prizes in Madison Retailer’s Inc Head office located in 2270 Mirax Bldg., Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City with the Tel. No. (+632) 812-9999.
  6. For Provincial winners, prizes will be available for redemption in our provincial outlets. Process of redemption will be coursed through with the winners. MRI will not shoulder the winner’s transportation from the provinces to Manila and vice versa.
  7. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
  8. Winners should agree to be featured in publicity materials regarding the promotion.
  9. In cases of dispute, the decision of Madison Retailer’s Inc/IZOD and Picatoo.com shall be considered final.
  10. Employees of Madison Retailer’s Inc/IZOD and Picatoo.com including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.
